House. C.1830. Gault brick, slate roof. 2 storeys, 3 bay front pile, 3 window double pile north service wing. Front pile has 2 ground floor sashes with glazing bars under flat rubbed brick arches within semi-circular rubbed brick arched recesses. 3 first floor sashes with glazing bars under flat rubbed brick arches. Centre bay projects slightly forward. Central door has outer rubbed brick semi-circular arch. Doorcase with flush architrave recessed within inner brick arch, with wooden raised and fielded reveals and intrados. Raised and fielded door, simple arched fanlight. End pilaster strips with centre panel recessions. Deep projecting Tuscan eaves cornice. Hipped roof with 2 stacks. East and west single bay returns. East face of north service wing has 2 ground and 2 first floor sashes with glazing bars under flat rubbed brick arches. One ground floor glazed door. Single ground floor doorcase with pilasters, pentice canopy, panelled door with rectangular fanlight.
