House in row. C17. Limestone rubble (formerly rendered); concrete tile roof; ashlar stacks. Long rectangular plan with small lean-to store front left. 1 1/2 storeys. One 2-light and one 3-light stone- mullioned casement both with stopped hoods to the ground floor. Both these windows are probably C19 replacements and have leaded panes or glazing bars. Small 4-pane casement with timber lintel left; 2 Cotswold eaves dormers both possibly C20, both with 2-light stone-mullioned glazing bars, one C20, one possibly reused. C20 plank door off-centre right with large dressed stone lintel and dressed stone jambs; concrete canopy on moulded concrete brackets above. Gable-end and axial stack. Flat coping to the right gable end. Interior not inspected.
