SY 5785 ABBOTSBURY WEST STREET, NORTH SIDE
10/95 Nos 44, 45 and 46 (formerly 26.1.56 listed as 3 of Range of 5 cottages cottages GV West of Coboneaster) II Three attached Cottages. Mid C19 rebuild. Rubble stone walls. Slate roof with projecting boxed eaves, and gable end at east and C19 brick stacks on ridge, at party wall of Nos 44 - 45, and Nos 45 - 46. Two storeys. 6 windows total. 3-light cast-iron casements with glazing-bars, to gound floor. 2-light casements to first floor. Wooden cills throughout. Dressed stone voussoirs making segmental heads to windows. Front doors C20, plank with one square light in upper half, No 44: at left hand side, No 45: at centre, No 46: at left hand side.
