Large detached house. Mid C18; mid-late C19 restoration and alterations. Coursed and squared limestone, coursed rubble to sides and rear; ashlar chimneys; stone slate roof. Two-storey with attic, double pile plan. Front: 5-window fenestration, all 12-pane sashes with keyed moulded architraves. Central C19 porch addition with Mannerist detailing, shaped parapet above; 6-panel door with keyed segmental arch to light over. Plain plinth, upper floor level band and modillion eaves cornice. Chamfered alternating quoins. Sprocketed roof with 3 gabled dormers having leaded casements; 3 ridge-mounted chimneys with plain caps. Hipped end to rear range facing north has blocked 2-light chamfered mullioned upper floor casement with hoodmould; altered opening, partly 2-light, to ground floor. C19 and C20 addition at south end. Interior not inspected.
