House. C18. Walls flint, red brick dressings. Roof red pantiles. Two storeys, lobby entrance. Four irregular bays. Flint ground floor, brick first floor. Iron casement windows, glazing bars; ground floor under cambered arches, first floor wood lintels. 1 1/2 storey porch, flint, brick dressings, pantiled hipped roof. Brick dentil cornice, one end stack, one off-centre stack. Single storey S exten- sion, one fixed iron casement window, glazing bars. Casements identify am former Holkham Estate cottage.
