II
Detached farmhouse. C17 with C18 enlargement. Coursed and random rubble limestone; dressed quoins, architraves and sills; ashlar chimneys; plain tile roof. C18 range of 2 Storeys with attic; staircase central hall with one room on each side; 2-storey C17 wing projects at back to form T-plan; C20 addition in angle on east side. Three window front with central doorway: alterations to original doorway include the addition of a Venetian timber porch hood and 2 small side windows; architrave is beaded with a keystone. Windows are sashes (mostly replacements) with plain architraves and sills; 3 roof dormers, the outer 2 having flat roofs. Chimneys at gable ends have paired shafts, moulded caps and skirts. Sash window in west end; high in gable a single light window with recessed ovolo moulding. Scattered fenestration to C17 wing: recessed chamfered mullioned of 2 and 3-lights with hood mouldings; some are C20 alterations.
