GV II

Small cottage. Probably C18, extended in late C19-early C20. Plastered cob on rubble footings; cob or rubble stack with plastered C20 brick chimney shaft; thatched roof. Originally a 1-room plan cottage facing south with service room/kitchen in single storey outshot to rear. Main stack projecting from left (west) end. 2 storeys. 1-window front of late C19-early C20 casements and door to left. Roof hipped to right. Thatch carried down continuously over rear outshot. Interior not inspected. Front left side of front a plastered cob wall on exposed rubble footings with corrugated iron coping extends southwards dividing front garden from road.
