ST 3400 HAWKCHURCH HAWKCHURCH 20/298 Stable immediately north-east of The Old Rectory including adjoining courtyard wall GV II

Stable range. 1859 by John Hicks who designed The Old Rectory qv. Stone rubble with stone dressings. Steeply pitched plain tile gabled roof. One storey and loft. Asymmetrical projecting gables left and right. Right hand coach house with two centred arch doorway and loft door above. Left hand arched stable door with small two light window to side and loft door above. Central arched recess to tack room. Including courtyard wall to south-east enclosing yard between house and stables. Stone rubble and with gate piers.
