House. C18, extended in C19. Red brick in Flemish bond, roofed with handmade red plain tiles. L-plan facing NW, with 2 rear stacks. C19 extension in rear left angle, completing a square plan, and C20 single-storey extension to rear right . 2 storeys. 2-window range of early C19 sashes of 16 lights, and one of 12 lights over door, with flat arches of gauged brick. Crown glass. Central 6-panel door with fanlight, and doorcase with broken pediment on moulded brackets. Hipped roof. The right return has a 2-window range of early C19 sashes of 16 lights with flat arches of gauged brick, and a central 6-panel door with fanlight in a semi-circular arch of gauged brick. A C19 pump in a wooden case is attached to the left return. Many original internal features.
