Former farmhouse. Early C18. Chequered brickwork with traces of limewash
and flint in gable-ends. Black pantiled roof. 2 storeys and 4 bays of
replacement sash windows with glazing bars and horns beneath skewback arches.
Evidence for original narrower window openings. Broad ovolo moulded platband.
Panelled front door with plain doorcase. Curved gables and gable-end stacks.
Later lean-tos to rear. Open string staircase with square knops to turned
balusters.
