Millhouse, C18; red brick colourwashed white, black glazed pantiles to shallow pitched hipped roof. Double depth, 3 bays, 3 storeys. Symmetrical wide eaves with modillions; replica flush sashes with glazing bars and segmental arches; centre bay breaks forward, doorcase with reeded bowed Corinthian pilasters, pediment, 6 panelled door and panelled reveals, rectangular fanlight with glazing bars. Single 2-storeyed forward addition to left with semi-circular facade, embattled parapet; doorway with reeded entablature and pilaster strips to jambs, part glazed door with glazing bars; flush sash with glazing bars and segmental arch to first floor. Right return with semi-circular flat roofed extension to ground floor left in gault brick colourwashed white, French window; 2-light casement in blocked doorway to right. Two cross stacks to centre rear. Interior: curved handrail and stick balusters to open string staircase. Attached curved garden wall to right in header bond.
