Details
YELVERTON FRAMINGHAM EARL LANE, TG 20 SE South Side 1/67 Outbuilding immediately 5.9.60 north-east of Yelverton Hall G.V. II
Outbuilding 17th century. Red brick with steeply pitched roof pantiled on west side, plain tiled on east. West facade has central doorway flanked by two larger blocked openings. Rusticated brick pilasters. Crow-stepped north and south gables with moulded eaves_corbels. South gable has 2-Light ground floor casement and double door opening, both with segmental arched heads, two first floor windows with orolo moulded mullions and transoms and segmental heads. Plat band at first floor level. Blind oculus in gable apex with gault brick keys. Double doors opening with segmental arched head in north gable. 4-light upper window on east side with ovolo moulded mullions and leaded glazing. Small lean-to and brick flue on east wall. Interior: tie beams with arch braces to wall posts. Roof structure with lower butt-purlins, upper clasped purlin with wind braces to principal rafters.
