2 adjoining houses, Polruan (to the left) adjoining the Old Estate Office (qv).
Probably early C19. Rendered, probably stone and cob; end stacks with brick shafts.
Plan: single depth; Polruan with a front door to the right probably 2 rooms on plan;
the right end house with a front door on the right return, probably 1 room on plan.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Asymmetrical 2:1 window front with regular fenestration. C19
plank front door to Polruan; early C19 16-pane sashes to left and right, the 2 centre
first floor sashes similar. Gabled porch to right hand house on right return.
Interior: not inspected.
Group value with the Old Estate Office, to the left, and thatched houses on the
opposite side of the road.
