II
Detached house. Circa C17 with front refashioned in early C19 and with circa C18 rear wing. Rendered stone rubble. Steeply pitched asbestos slate roof with gable end to road, and hipped corner. Wing at rear with half hipped roof of scantle slates and partly slate hung. L-shaped on plan, the angle filled in with lean-to outshut. Two storeys. Three window range. Sashes with glazing bars. Central plain doorway with glazed door. External rendered chimney stack at gable end to road. Another rendered stack emerging from ridge of rear wing, on rear wall of main range.
