Farmhouse. Early C19 with minor later additions and alterations.
Red brick; half-hipped slate roof with axial ridge stacks to left and
right. 2 storeys with dentilled eaves cornice carried up around ends
and pediment to centre. 3-window front; glazing bar sashes with gauged
heads to first floor and multi-paned French casements with margin lights
to ground floor. Small lunette window to pediment. Central entrance
has recessed raised and fielded 6-panel door with panelled reveals and
rectangular barred overlight in plain pilastered doorcase. Glass-canopied
cast iron verandah continued to left return has ornamental trellised
supports and quatrefoil cresting.
