CORFE CP ST2319 CORFE VILLAGE 12/25 Brown family chest tomb in churchvard, about 14 a south of south aisle, Church of St Nicholas GV II Chest tomb. Late C18. Has stone, ledger topped, moulded cornice and plinth, fluted Ionic pilasters forming 2 bays north and south sides inscribed to members of the Brown family including Sam Brown died 1771, east and west end inscriptions obscured by ivy at time of survey (January 1985).
