GV II
House. Late C17 with C19 modifications. Local stone cut and squared with ashlar dressings; plain clay tiles with bands of fish-scale tiles between coped gables; stone chimney stacks. 2-storeys, 3-bays. Hollow chamfer mullioned windows with rectangular leaded lights without labels, all of 3-lights save for that over the central entrance door which is 2-light; door protected by projecting stone porch with circular non- classical columns and flat top. Single store/ matching extension on West side and major C19 extension to rear. Interior not seen; reported to be unremarkable save for reused medieval jointed cruck truss in centre of roof. (VAG Report, unpublished SRO, 1976).
