Details
ST1225 MILVERTON CP FORE STREET (North side) 11/195 Barbrook and retaining wall of raised pavement fronting Fore Street GV II House. Early C19. Red sandstone random rubble masonry, cement plinth strip, slate roof, brick stack right. 2-storeys, 2 bays; 12 pane sash windows first floor, ground floor canted bay windows, sash windows with glazing bars, flanking central recessed C20 door with rusticated cement surround, stepped voussoirs, similar on windows above. Random rubble retaining wall to raised pavement property of Barbrook. Forms a group with 6aiges (qv) and Mansell House (qv) to Nest and reputedly all were built as a single dwelling.
