House. 1810 by William Goss. Smooth rendered and colourwashed, wide bracketed eaves, shallow pantile roof, coped
verges, brick stacks. Symmetrical frontage. Two storeys, 3 bays; tripartite sash windows of 4:8:4 lights, side-lights
fixed, in narrow and shallow canted bays ascending to the eaves; centre-window to first floor in conforming style,
directly over door opening resting on a splayed and panelled entablature, with attached shallow hood, the whole giving
the effect of an oriel window. Recessed 6-panelled door, decorative panelled reveals and surround. (McGarvie M, Guide
