2. C16/C17 timber-framed farmhouse with C19 additions. Plastered, old red tile roof. L-plan. Two storeys. North range: 4 bays. Modern casements. Two east bays with jettied first floor on curved consoles. Two west bays, C16 timber frame having lower roofline with brick chimney stack of multiple diagonal shafts at joint. Much exposed timber frame inside and 2 Tudor brick chimney pieces. West range of left: modern pargetting and casements on C19 brick. Adjoining on south is long C19 brick and weatherboarded barn. Garden has well and C19 cast iron hand pump. Farmhouse forms extremely attractive group with barns and outbuildings.
