House including a shop. Mid C19. Plastered granite stone rubble; granite stacks
with plastered brick chimney shafts; slate roof.
Plan: double depth plan house facing south-east and built along the street. Central
entrance hall and staircase. Either side is a front and back room served by gable
end stacks. Originally it was built as a house but now the ground floor left front
and back rooms have been knocked together to form a shop 2 storeys.
Exterior: symmetrical 3-window front of 12-pane sashes arranged around a central 6-
panel door. Roof is gable-ended.
Interior contains much original detail including an open string stick baluster stair.
