Village school. Built 1867. Red brick with black brick strings, and red plain
tile roof. Part crested ridge. 'T' shaped plan including schoolmaster's house
at south end, which breaks forward with higher roof, hipped to north. 3 light
casements to house. Vertical sliding sashes with flat 2 centred arches in
varie-coloured brick. Paired 3 light sashes to north gable, with columns,
moulded bases and capitals, and recessed 2 centred arch over. Central stone
plaque with quatrefoil lean-to porches with red plain tile roofs. Half-hipped
main entrance. Roof has bargeboards and sprockets. Gabled dormers. Red brick
chimneys.
