Cottage. Probably early C18 with probably late C18 or early C19 addition. Rendered, probably over cob. Wheatstraw thatched roof, half-hipped to left. Brick end stacks. Rear wing of rendered cob on stone rubble plinth with gable-ended pantiled roof. Plan: Two-room central-entrance plan (facing north) with end stacks, integral to left and axial. Probably late C18 wing projecting at rear of left-hand end. Two storeys with one-storey wing. Exterior: Symmetrical 2-window front; C19 small-paned 2-light wooden casements with stone cills. Roughly central doorway with late C19 plank door with beaded wooden frame. Central first-floor C19 two-light wooden casement to rear. Interior not inspected. This cottage adjoins The Cottage (q.v.) on an island site at the south end of the village.
