- 9 metres south of chancel
of Church of St Winifred
GV II
Headstone. Dated 1742 in memory of William Bartlett. Beerstone ashlar. Upright
slab standing approximately 450 millimetres high with a shaped head. The front has
a moulded frame with a tiny skull carved at the top. It is inscribed with Roman
serif upper and lower case lettering and records the death of William Bartlett in
1742.
