Details
SADDLEWORTH DIGLEE SE 00 NW 4/89 No. 2 - (Ivy Cottage) G.V. II House. Late C18/early C19 with large C20 extension. Hammer- dressed watershot stone with graduated stone slate roof. 3 storeys with one room on each floor and large extension to right. Blocked door on ground floor and 3-light recessed flat-faced stone mullion window to second floor. Door with square-cut stone surround at first floor level on left gable which also has 2-light windows (as above). Rear has 4-light flat-faced stone mullion ground floor window and 4 and 3- light on the first and second floors respectively both of which have recessed flat-faced mullions. Gable chimney stack with watertabling and oversailing course.
