Cottage, subdivided in C19, but now one dwelling. C18, C19. Extended to side and rear late C20. Timber-framed, plaster rendered and half-hipped roof of long-straw thatch. Single flue C18 ridge stack and C19 end stack dating from the subdivision. Two ground floor rooms and original entry to lobby. One storey and attic. Two small possibly original dormers with early C20 horizontal sliding sashes. Two ground floor windows and doorway to lobby entry. End wall of brick.
Interior: inglenook hearth and cupboard staircase. Some exposed timber framing.
