SX 65 NW IVYBRIDGE WESTERN ROAD 11/91 Victoria House GV II

Detached house. Circa 1840. Stuccoed. Low-pitched slate roof with gabled ends. Rusticated quoins and stringcourse at first floor level. Two storeys. Three bays. Sash windows with glazing bars in moulded architraves with acanthus brackets to the cills. Central doorway with rusticated pilasters, entablature, panelled door and rectangular fanlight. Rendered chimney stack at gable end.
