HESSLE THE WEIR TA 02 NW (east side) 9/83 Nos 16-22 (even) GV II

Terrace of 4 houses. Early C19. Grey brick, slate roofs. 2 storeys, 11-window front. No 16 to right: 4-panel door with overlight, in panelled soffit and reveals, flanked to right by sash with glazing bars and sill under cambered wedge lintel. No 18: C20 glazed door with overlight, in panelled soffit and reveals, flanked to right. and to left by sashes with glazing bars and sills under cambered wedge lintels. No 20: 4-panel door with overlight in similarly panelled soffit and reveals flanked by identical sashes; No 22: 4-panel double-leaf replacement door and overlight flanked by identical sashes. First floor: 11 sashes with glazing bars and sills under cambered wedge lintels. Bracketed timber eaves cornice to No 20 and No 22. End and axial stacks. Hipped roof.
