Row of 4 houses. Late C18 with later additions and alterations. For Sir Christopher Sykes, 2nd Baronet, probably to his own design. Pinkish-brown brick with Welsh slate roof. 2 storeys, 13 bays articulated by blind arcade of round arches with impost bands. Entrances to third, fifth, nineth and eleventh bays are 6-fielded-panel doors under elliptical arches. Mainly 12- pane sashes to ground floor, except to fourth bay a 16-pane sash, all under elliptical arches. Stepped eaves. Hipped roof. 4 ridge stacks.
