SU 9490 SW BEACONSFIELD WYCOMBE END (south side) 12/169 Nos 12 (Threshers) 14 and 16 -
GV II NO 12. C18. Red brick; old tile roof, right hand hipped. Two storeys. First floor'with 2 sashes. Ground floor with one sash and a modern glazed porch. All windows with glazing bars. Low red brick garden wall with wrought iron gate and railings. NO'S 14 & 16. C17 timber-framed refronted. Red brick, some burnt headers; old tile roof with chimney cluster centrally on ridge. No 16 with gable end projecting. Two storeys. First floor with two 2-light casements. Ground floor: No 16 with modern door and one sliding casement; No 14 with board door and one sliding casement. Most windows with cambered relieving arches. Wall post visible over door to No 14. Heavy internal timbers to No 16, and timber-framed east side wall.
