House. Late C18-early C19 with earlier origins. Roughly-coursed limestone rubble to lower section, squared limestone above with some brick dressings. Brick stack, pantile roof. 2 room lobby-entry plan with outshut. 2 storeys, 2 first floor windows. Brick quoins to first floor left. Entrance to left of centre, with C19 panelled door in plain wooden surround with slightly projecting hood. 12-pane flush sash to left under segmental brick arch, 16-pane flush sash to right in segmental-headed brick surround. Two 12-pane flush sliding sashes to first floor under segmental brick arches. Stepped brick eaves. Central axial stack.
