SK 19 69 PARISH OF ASHFORD IN THE WATER GREAVES LANE 11/43 (North Side) Gritstone house and 12.7.1967 attached garden wall (formerly listed as 'House on north west side of southern end of Greaves Lane) II

House. Early C19, Coursed, squared, dressed gritstone; rendered gable end walls. Modern tile roof with stone ridge. Stone coped gables with moulded kneelers. Plain eaves band and first floor sill band. Stone gable end stacks with plain banding. Three storeys, three bays. Central doorcase with semi-circular head. Plain pilasters to sides, bracketed stone hood over. Raised and fielded panelled door. Traceried fanlight over. To either side, glazing bar sashes in plain surrounds. Three similar above. Above, to eaves, three similar, but shallower, sashes.
