Three houses, now one. Early C19th. To left is original Brook Lodge: Ashlar; double Roman tiled roof with coped raised verges. 2 storeys and attics in modern dormers. Single window and 2 doors on ground floor; 3 windows on first floor; 3- and 2-light casements with moulded mullions under drip moulds. 6-panel door off-centre to right with moulded surround under drip mould; similar blocked doorway to left. Left gable end has projecting 2 storey canted bay with pointed Gothic windows on ground floor. To right are former Brook Cottage and adjoining cottage. Coursed, squared rubble with freestone dressings and quoins. 2 storeys. Formerly 1 window and door per house; 2 windows on first floor. 2-light casement windows in moulded surrounds with depressed ogee heads on ground floor. 6 panel door to right with overlight and moulded ogee headed surround; similar but blocked doorway to left. Formerly Brook Lodge, Brook Cottage and adjoining cottage.
