9/56 Churchyard cross to west of Church
of St Protus and St Hyacinth
-
GV II
Small cross in churchyard. Medieval. Granite monolith. All that remains is a
wheelhead cross and a very short section of its shaft; both sides of the cross head
have been broken off so the arms of what must have been a Greek cross in shallow
relief on both faces have been truncated. It is set on large roughly shaped granite
base.
