House and shop. Probably circa 1800, with late C19 additions and alterations, and
C20 alterations. Rendered stone rubble. Slate roof with gable ends and brick gable
end stacks.
Central entrance to double depth plan, shop to front left and principal room to front
right; rear service wing to left and right.
3 storeys on plinth and 3 windows, symmetrical except for the shop front; ground
floor has central panelled and glazed door with hood, C20 window to right and double
plate-glass shop front to left with central half-glazed door and late C19 fascia over
with consoles. First floor has central 12-pane sash with cambered head, 12-pane sash
with sidelights and cambered head to right and left. 2nd floor has central 9-pane
sash, 9-pane sash with sidelights to right and left, all with cambered heads; moulded
eaves cornice.
