EMBLETON EMBLETON NY 13 SE 6/137 Close Farmhouse and barn adjoining II Farmhouse and barn. Early C18 with C19 extension. Painted roughcast walls, under graduated greenslate roof with cement rendered chimney stacks. 2 storeys, 3 bays, with right 4- bay stable conversion and left right-angled barn, all under common roof. Original house has 2 flat stone-mullioned windows and one small firewindow; all others enlarged sash windows in C19 painted stone surrounds. Right C20 door, sash windows in painted stone surrounds,one enlarged C20 window. Barn has large plank doors and further smaller plank door in left return wall.
