Dairy and laundry block. Early C18. Timber framed, with red brick infill and colour washed plaster rendering. Hipped old clay tile roof. 3-room plan, one storey and attics. W elevation: one C19 sash window with glazing bars, 2 mullioned and transomed leaded casements, to ground floor. 2 gabled dormers with 2-light leaded casements. 3 plank doors. One red brick ridge stack, one red brick stack to rear.
