2. Late C17. 2-storey (ground floor, brick; upper floor, rough plaster). Shallow wooden eaves below steep tiled roof, hipped at east end. No 27: all black headers, dressed with red stretcher quoins and windows. No 29: red brick of courses varying between English Bond and headers alone, patched and renewed in Flemish bond. 4 windows (ground floor, 3 early sashes; upper floor, all leaded casements). No 29 has early C19 door with glazed panels.
Nos 1 to 39 (odd) and Court House form a group with No 127 Dunstable Street.
