Pair of attached houses. Early - mid C19. with C20 alterations. Stone rubble with
stone dressings. Slate roof with ridge tiles and gable ends. Axial stack with brick
shaft.
Plan: Pair of attached houses, with No. 3 to left and No. 2 to right. Each house is
of 2-room plan, with the entrances at the outer sides and one-room to front and rear
in the centre, all heated from the axial stack.
Exterior: 2 storeys, each house a symmetrical 2-window front. Each house has a C20
door at the outer side of the front and 16-pane sash to centre, with flat stone
arches. Two 16-pane sashes at first floor with flat stone arches. The right side of
no. 2 is rendered. The left side of no. 3 has a passage with loft over, loft door to
front.
