16/20 Outbuilding to south of Underley Grange (q.v.)

G.V. II

Outbuilding. Late C18 or early C19. Stone rubble with ashlar dressings. Coped gables with kneelers. East gable end has pitching eye. North elevation, facing return of Underley Grange, of 3 bays and has openings with ashlar surrounds, that to central bay of 1st floor is round-headed; short ramped wall attached to left hand end has square rusticated gate pier with ball finial, and gate, one of a pair linking this item to Underley Grange.
