13/14 Fell View Farmhouse and adjoining buildings
G.V. II
Farmhouse, early C19. Coursed rubble, rendered (incised stucco to front and slobbered to rear). Graduated slate roof with stone copings and kneelers; stone end chimneys. 2-storey, 3-bay front has plank door with 2-light mullioned window to right, both in stone surrounds. Stair window between floors has traceried semicircular head with keystone and impost blocks to surround; 16-pane sash to either end of 1st floor. Rear of house has part-glazed central door in wooden surround with wooden consoles carrying a stone cornice; single sash to either side on each floor (central 1st floor window is C20 insertion). Adjoining north end is group of outbuildings under graduated slate (flags to rear) roofs; segmental head to front wagon door and blocked openings to rear. Adjoining south end is store under graduated slate roof; at rear ramp leads up to wagon door with segmental head.
