Farmhouse, now house. C17, remodelled C19, with later alterations. Rubble, pantiled roof with ridge coping and gable stacks, plain tiles, former 3-room plan, now L-plan. 2½ storeys and 3 windows, all 2-light casements with segmental heads of C20, 3 dormer gables each with tile-hung front and 2-light window, 2nd bay from left has C20 gabled porch and door, all windows formerly longer, later stonework under cills of 1st floor windows, single storey wing to right probably former dairy; west elevation has small 2-light window with timber lintel at attic level, 2-storey rear wing with one window at ground and 1st floor, both C20, with timber lintel at ground floor, east elevation has 2-light casement and blocked window at 1st floor, both with timber lintel. Rear has single storey flat-roofed extension. Interior: entrance hall has bolection moulded and stopped beams, re-set panelled and carved cupboard door plank doors, with strap hinges, ground floor left has fireplace with heavy lintel and jack, deep-chamfered beams to rear room. Winder stair with moulded risers, rising to attic, 1st floor right has beams with decorated bar stops and moulded door frame, rear room has 2-panelled door and cupboard with H-hinges.
