Farmhouse. Late C17 with later alterations. Rubble, rendered, pantiled roofs with gable stacks and one stack to right of centre, concrete double Roman tiles to rear single storey extension. L-plan. Through passage. 2 storeys, 4 windows, all 3-light casements, with segmental heads, 2nd bay from left has plank door with strap hinges in plain frame, single storey extension to left with pitched roof; south side has 3 small windows at ground floor, each single light, casement at centre. Rear has single storey bakehouse, plank door with strap hinges in moulded frame, small projecting 2-storey block to right with 2-light casement at 1st floor, area between block and bakehouse covered by C20 roof and enclosed, C20 windows, projecting block has plank door with strap hinges to side, rear of through passage, 1st floor has two 3-light casements with segmental heads and loop catches. Interior: plank and batten doors, winder stair at rear of through passage, central room has fine built-in dresser with 3 drawers and cupboards below, shaped ends and 2 rows of dentils along front of shelves; cast iron pump with decorative handle in full working order on rear wall next to bakehouse.
