House, now subdivided. Early-mid C18. Ashlar with rusticated quoins; reproduc- tion stone slate roof with coped raised verges; coved eaves cornice. 2 storeys. 4 glazing bar sash windows; the first floor windows at the right have raised stone surrounds and the centre window also has imposts and a keystone which rises up to the cornice. Moulded string course to right part. Wide central doorway under a later C18 Gothick style overlight and in a plain surround with a segmental head, imposts and keystone; flat stone hood on brackets over. Panelled door at left (No 38) is also under a flat stone hood on brackets).
