II

Farmhouse, now house. Early C19 rebuilding of probably earlier house with later alterations. Rubble, painted and partly rendered to rear, 2-span slate and bitumen roof with gable stacks to left. 2 gable ends to front, 2 storeys and 2 windows, ground floor sash with gauged brick head, panelled and glazed door to left with decorative leaded fanlight, canopied lead and wrought iron porch, two 16-pane sashes at first floor with cambered head to left and flat head to right. Right return has lower 2-storey addition with small 16-pane sash at ground and first floor front, to side a C20 window at ground floor and round-headed light at first floor. Left return has two 16-pane sashes at ground and first floor. Rear has addition to left with lean-to porch and 3-light C20 window with segmental head, plate-glass sash under eaves; rear of main house rendered with 3-light casement with cambered head at ground floor, 2 sashes of varied sizes at first floor, 3-light casement to first floor left side. Interior: not accessible.
