Netherhill Thatch
II
House. Early C18. Rendered cob with thatched roof. Two storeys,
3 bays, lobby entry plan with central C20 door in original
opening, and thatched canopy. C18 leaded windows, 2-light to
ground floor, 3-light to upper floor, with quadrant stays. Roof
hipped, with central brick stack. Sun fire plate at high level.
Rear wing to centre and left bays, probably original, with C20
lean-to at side.
Interior has back to back fireplaces with stair to rear altered to
straight flight. Chamfered cross beams.
