Clock and water tower with chimney attached. Late C19. Red brick with ashlar dressings, part timber-framed; Welsh slate roof. two stages. Lower stage battered with giant, round-arched, blind arcading rising from band and with imposts, and cornice above; the arches are narrow and on the west side have windows at three levels. The top of the first stage is stepped and above is cantilevered balcony on brackets around timber-framed second stage which has central clock face to three sides and deep cornice rising over clock faces; pyramidal roof with finial; against the fourth side is the tapering brick stack which rises above the tower and has offsets, bands and swept cap.

Boilerhouse buildings and outbuildings at base of tower, not of special interest.
