Formerly 3 cottages and adjoining large house. Said to have C.16 core. The earliest part apparent is probably C.17. The cottages are C.19 and the large house is mid C.19. All 2 storeys. The gable wall of the cottages is the earliest part and is of rubble with quoins, and has 5-light ovolo moulded double chamfered window to each floor. The cottage fronts are of hammer dressed stone with stone slate roof and comprise 3 entrances (one is altered from window) and 2-light windows.
The later hall is of ashlar with eaves cornice and blocking course. Stone slate roof. 3-bay entrance front with central door with pilaster surround and small cornice and single sashes with aprons to ground floor. 4-bay garden front with single sashes as before.
