SE2132NE LS28 FARTOWN PUDSEY (south side) 7/120 No 13 II The description shall be amended to read:- House. Late C18. Hammer-dressed stone each with decorative 'V' tooled panel, stone slate roof. 2 storeys. 2-cell end-lobby entry plan, double depth. Quoins and sill bands. All windows have plain stone surrounds with decoratively-tooled central panel and retain 2- pane sashes. 1st cell has small sash windows with 2-light flat faced mullioned window above. 2nd cell has 3-light window to left of doorway with tie-stone jambs with 2-light window above. Shaped gutter brackets. Coped gable with shaped kneelers and ridge stacks to right. One other stack to ridge. Rear has 3-light window to first floor of 2nd cell.
Interior: has a single spine-beam, an elaborate polished marble fireplace and a large original corner cupboard with arch-headed doors with raised-and-fielded panels flanked by fluted pilasters, dentil cornice and ogee-shaped shelves.
