Former group of cottages and barn now one dwelling. At latest C17 origin but mainly late C18 or early C19 with recent alterations. 2 early C19 brick cottages at north end. Hammer dressed stone with some quoins to rest. Stone slate roofs. 2 storeys. East elevation: former late C18 or early C19 barn to left now converted to single storey living accommodation. Partly blocked square headed barn door at right end. To the right of this is the main cottage of, at latest, C17 origin, with quoins and single, 2, 3 and 4-light windows and 2 doorways all recent.
